About the Film
When NYPD detective Mike Brennan shoots an unarmed Hispanic drug dealer, he plants a gun on the man and arranges for people to perjure themselves, providing faked "eyewitness" testimony.
Assigned to the case is Assistant D.A. Al Reilly, who fully expects to exonerate Brennan. However, he quickly becomes convinced of Brennan's guilt during a question-and-answer session with the corrupt cop.
In the course of Reilly's investigations, he uncovers a trail of corruption leading straight to his boss' office. Things get worse when he discovers that his former girlfriend is now dating Bobby Texador, a Puerto Rican drug dealer who is also Reilly's chief witness.
