Natural Born Killers

Employing numerous film techniques from black and white and video, to hand held Super 8 and animation, director Oliver Stone paints a portrait of our culture’s obsession with sensationalized violence.

Mickey (Woody Harrelson) and Mallory (Juliette Lewis), two lovers with a passion for murder, embark down Route 666 on a killing spree, scoring 50 dead bodies before being caught. All this is covered by a headline hungry television news journalist, Wayne Gale, (Robert Downey Jr.) and his show, "American Maniacs," which attempts to broadcast a Super Bowl Sunday interview with the new media darlings from their prison cell.

The question is, will Mickey and Mallory play nice for the camera? Or will they show that they are simply, Natural Born Killers?
